| For all of you interested in joining and helping out with Gamerz Station: these are the position available.
- Artists:
The main roles for the artist is to either a.) do the cover art for the magazine or b.) for other art possibly needed throughout the magazine. For an example for what is needed for the cover, please google image Gaming Informer and that will be the best example of what is needed. As for the second one, there's no preference at this point as it's likely we'll need an assortment of art styles. Obviously you may sign up for both and, depending on the possible need for a cover, you may be asked to do both.
- Previewer and Reviewer:
This role should be an obvious one. The role of a previewer is to look at a demo and tell the readers what they noticed in the early version of the game: how it played, story, graphics, dialogue, and anything else you feel people should know. However, in a preview you need to be more lenient in what you say and shouldn't shoot down the game because of faults. Now a reviewer's position is quite similar to that of the preview. The main difference is a reviewer is to judge a game while a previewer is meant more to inform. A reviewer must bring forth the good and bad of a game that may help the reader decide if s/he wants to play the game or not. Also, you need to be able to put those points, good and bad, into a numerical value. Both of these positions need to be able to articulate their points and write well. Even though there are editors, it is a lot easier for them if you can write decently and know proper grammar and spelling. Simply use grammar and spell check. Also, these positions need to be to either create a video or explain and talk to someone on creating a video. It won't always be required to create a video, but we need to have at least a video or two a week.
- Tutorialist:
So I made up that word (I think.) This is someone who will write out and/or make a video telling people how to do something involving creating a game. Now as one can create a game in different ways (Flash, RPG Maker, Game Maker, C++) there's no one area that we are looking for. As long as you know how to create a game and can explain how to do certain things to people, you should be able to do this. As a note in case that came off weird, it's not asking you to explain everything needed to make a game, but to explain a particular thing or things: here's an example. Like the reviewer/previewer position, I would like to see (video or written of course) a tutorial.
- Video Creator:
As we'll be creating videos and certain people may not be able to create them, we'll need some people to help out on that front. You'll need to be able to communicate well with people as they'll be coming to you to create a video with you and there be talk back-and-forth. If you want to get this position, then I'll need to see a video: can be a review or not.
- Advertisers:
The advertisers job is to advertise, or as some say "whore out," the magazine. Not much in requirements are needed for this position, but having several places to talk about it and having several friends to tell helps.
If you are trying out for any position, besides advertiser, we need to see an example of your work. Such as letting us see a review of yours, a tutorial, etc. We'll then let you know after that. These are just the ones we know we need for right now. There might be more positions later as we either begin to create the first magazine or as we continue to write future issues.

| Well, actually, this is just to tell what positions are open. You're suppose to create your own topic to sign-up, which you did. Though you didn't really put what positions you were signing up for. | |
